Nun will die Politik B\u00fcrger ohne jeden Rechtsbeschluss in die Psychiatrie stecken. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dazu ist anzumerken, dass Insassen einer geschlossenen psychiatrischen Anstalt v\u00f6llig rechtlos beliebigen &#8222;Behandlungen&#8220; mit Psychopharmaka oder andersartigen Behandlungen ausgesetzt sind. Es entscheidet alleine die Anstaltsleitung. Allgemeine Besuchsrechte etc bestehen ebenfalls nicht und h\u00e4ngen v\u00f6llig von der Willk\u00fcr der Anstalt ab, ebenso eine Entlassung. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mal etwas salopp gesagt: Ein Haustier hat in D inzwischen mehr formale Rechte als ein Mensch.
