F\u00e4llt was auf?<\/p>\n<p>Genau! V\u00e4ter werden in 6(4) gar nicht erw\u00e4hnt. Oder anders ausgedr\u00fcckt: Sowohl getrennt lebende V\u00e4ter als auch allein erziehende V\u00e4ter werden durch das Grundgesetz diskriminiert. Bei Trennungen landen Kinder in der Regel bei der Mutter, selbst wenn die V\u00e4ter geeignet und bereit w\u00e4ren.<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4re im Grundgesetz die Gleichberechtigung von V\u00e4tern und M\u00fcttern tats\u00e4chlich festgelegt, m\u00fcssten sich die Gerichte deutlich mehr M\u00fche geben.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Die Frage h\u00f6rt sich lustig an, ist aber kein Scherz.
