Ginge es nicht einfacher, z.B. in dem man das Internet verwendet?<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Das ginge schon, w\u00e4re preisg\u00fcnstiger und w\u00fcrde auch ganz andere M\u00f6glichkeiten der B\u00fcrgerbeteiligung er\u00f6ffnen.
