Welches Grundgesetz?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Irgendwann im Jahr 2021, als ich noch rudiment\u00e4r an dieses System geglaubt habe, hatte ich anscheinend einmal eine Petition an <strong>xxxxxxx<\/strong> [geschw\u00e4rzt] in Berlin gerichtet, Thema &#8222;Impfzwang&#8220;. Hatte ich schon l\u00e4ngst verdr\u00e4ngt und vergessen. Ende April 2024 kam dann doch noch eine Antwort vom <strong>xxxxxxx<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-file\"><a href=\"https:\/\/gilbertbrands.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/1.pdf\">Petitionsausschuss<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/gilbertbrands.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/1.pdf\" class=\"wp-block-file__button\" download>Herunterladen<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Auf mehreren Seiten wird dort die lapidare Feststellung getroffen, dass Art. 2 GG (k\u00f6rperliche Unversehrheit) gem\u00e4\u00df dem neueren Werk von Verfassungsrang, dem IfSG, bereits durch eine Verordnung durch eine Landesregierung f\u00fcr ung\u00fcltig erkl\u00e4rt werden kann, abgesegnet durch h\u00f6chste deutsche <strong>xxxxxxx<\/strong> , u.a. dem BVerfG. Da das ja bereits festgeschrieben ist, hat <strong>xxxxxxx<\/strong> es auch nicht n\u00f6tig, sich weiter damit zu besch\u00e4ftigen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nicht, dass wir das nicht alle schon wussten. Trotzdem sei noch einmal daran erinnert, auch deswegen, weil selbst die Erfahrungen nichts an <strong>xxxxxx<\/strong> des <strong>xxxxxx<\/strong> ge\u00e4ndert haben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dazu ein wenig Statistik. Die \u00dcbersterblichkeit liegt bei ca. 10%. Da eine Untersuchung systematisch verweigert wird, bleibt im Grunde nur eine statistische Faktorenanalyse. Als Hauptfaktor kommt dabei die &#8222;Impfung&#8220; in Frage. Unter Anrechnung anderer Optionen kommen daher auf jeden Jasager im <strong>xxxxxx<\/strong> ca. 1.000 Tote &#8222;Impflinge&#8220;, die er zu verantworten hat. Wie nennt man solche Leute? <strong>xxxxxx<\/strong>, <strong>xxxxxxx<\/strong> oder <strong>xxxxxxx<\/strong>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>75 Jahre Demokratie lebendig<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>steht auf dem Anschreiben.
